Your Zeno Treatment Tip relies on a carefully controlled heat dose to kill P. acne bacteria. After multiple cycles of heating and cooling, your Zeno Treatment Tip can degrade and become unable to reach sufficient temperature, reducing the efficacy of Zeno's therapy. The Zeno Treatment Tip is therefore limited to 90 treatment cycles to ensure that the thermal efficiency cannot degrade to the point of preventing adequate treatment temperature. Once your Zeno Treatment Tip reaches the end of its treatment cycles your Zeno Treatment Tip will need to be replaced and you will need to purchase a new Zeno Replacement Tip so your Zeno Device will work at it's optimal level.
